It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Diane Waechter of Belleville, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 69, on April 23, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Skwirut and Susie Skwirut; her brother Edward Skwirut (Mary); and her friend Gary Notte. She is survived by: her husband William Waechter; her children, Jason Flint (Laura) and JoEllen Notte; her sister Linda Bodden (James); and her nieces and nephews, Brian, Michele Skwirut, Michael, Sheri Bodden, Janine Bodden, Alexa Dashko and Morgan Dashko. She is also survived by cousins and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic occupancy limitations, visitors are asked to pay their respects in a timely fashion and exit in order to allow others the opportunity to enter the funeral home. Visitors are also required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Diane will live on in the memories of her loved ones, in the lives of the recipients of her organ donation, and in the minds of her many dear students.
