He was predeceased by: his parents, Witalis Lazar and Jadwiga Lazar; and his great grandchildren, Korah and Selah. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lazar; his children, Agnieszka Gamboa (Frank) and Jacek Lazar; his siblings, Anna Szostak (Mieczyslaw), Andrzej Lazar (Iwona) and Czeslaw Lazar (Czeslawa); his grandchildren, Kamil, Michal, Nicolle, Sebastian and Gabrielle; his nieces and nephews, Joanna, Justyna, Lucja, Dorota, Alexandra Cocklin (Andrew), Boguslaw and Stanislaw; and his cousins, Dariusz Lazar, Elzbieta Lazar and Stanislaw Lazar.
