He is survived by: his children, Maglys Hernandez, Anthony Mesa, Michael Mesa, Adrian Mesa, Yareli Mesa, Mareli Ramos and Damari Torres; his grandchildren, Jeselys Victorya Hernandez, Julian Jesus Hernandez, Joshua David Hernandez, Damian Anthony Mesa, Yaidelisse Mesa, Michael Daniel Mesa, Abigail Mesa, Gabriella Mesa, Sebastian Mesa, Adalynn Mesa, Nathaniel Michael Torres, Giovanni Nelson Torres, Milani Andrea Torres, Analisse Ramos, Arianny Ramos and Jaziel Luis Ramos; and his great grandchildren, Scarlet Mesa and Penelope Mesa.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Megaro Memorial Home, Inc. (503 Union Ave, Belleville, NJ 07109). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Arlington Cemetery (748 Schuyler Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032).
