She was predeceased by: her brother Tadeusz. She is survived by: her children, Anna Falisiewicz and Jaylinn Johnson; her brothers, Peter and Walter Falisiewicz; and her sister-in-law Barbara Falisiewicz. She is also survived by many loving friends and relatives.
