He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Reid, Sr. and Dorothy Reid. He is survived by: his uncle Vinny Shurr; his wife Hannah; his children, Kristen (Keir), Ryan (Paige), Jon (Michelle) and Chris (Elisabeth); and his siblings, Jane (Bob), Diane (Jimmy), Billy (Anne Marie) and Chris (Lauren).
