He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Munholland and Loretta Munholland. He is survived by: his wife Karen Munholland; his children, Meghan Schulwitz (Alan Schulwitz) and Ryan Munholland; his brother John Munholland (Nancy Munholland); and his granddaughter Charlotte Schulwitz.
