She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Alvez Silveira; and her siblings, Fernando and Nely Nievas. She is survived by: her son Charles; her daughter-in-law Silvia Alvez; her friend Lourdes Castro; her sister Gladys Nievas; her grandchildren, John, Julian and Andrea; and her great grandchildren, Waylon and Dahlia.
