She is survived by: her mother Patricia Forbes Hagemann of Staten Island; her brother Jack; her sister-in-law Annie Forbes of Atlantic Highlands; her niece Linda Marie (Brian); her great-nephew Jackson; her nieces, Shannon and Casey Forbes; her cousin Doreen Mulia; and also, Marybeth Galan, Heather Defede, Anthony and Ava.
