It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Maxine Rescorl of Belford, New Jersey, born in Long Branch, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 79, on June 24, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank McLean and Alice Mindlin McLean; her husband William Rescorl; and her grandson Brandon. She is survived by: her son Kevin; her granddaughters, Jennifer, Haley, Victoria and Samantha; her son Keith (Sandra); her grandchild Cheyenne; her daughter Susan; her grandchild Shannon; her son William (Allyson); her grandchildren, Avery Jade, Kayla and Danny; her great grandchild Anthony; and her grandchild Joey.

Watching her graduate from Rutgers University in 2019 was an amazing accomplishment, and then completing her master's during COVID; filled her heart with thankfulness and joy.

In lieu of flowers, Maxine's wish is that each person who mourns her do a kind deed for someone less fortunate, someone in need, someone hungry, or tend a garden of beautiful flowers and vegetables to share with the needy, or to brighten someone's day, or plant a tree in her memory.
