She was predeceased by: her great love Henry; her parents, Fredrick Sommers and Catherine Sommers; her in-laws, Henry and Mildred Breuning; and her brothers, Fredrick and Gerard Sommers.
She is survived by: her husband Henry; her daughter Christine Slater (Gary); her grandson Michael Slater (Kelley); her great grandchildren, Addison and Jax Slater; and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Sage and Robert Bruce Breuning. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
