She was predeceased by: her parents, Lilian Sr (O'Donnel) and Martin E. Cooke, Sr.; her husband Thomas T. Conrad, Sr.; and her brothers, Martin Cooke and John F. Cooke, Sr..
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas T. Conrad, Jr. and Gerard M. Conrad (Jeanine Conrad); her sister Mary Gillen; her sister-in-law Ethel Desmond; and her grandchildren, Lauren Conrad, Maryann Conrad, Harrison Conrad, Theodore Conrad and Victoria Conrad.
