He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cokefair and Rita Cokefair (Dormann); and his siblings-in-law, Jane Cokefair and James McManus. He is survived by: his children, Noelle Cokefair, Danny Simoes and Robyn Manzella; and his siblings, Peter Cokefair and Christine McManus. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
