He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stang; his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Bryan Kernan; his sons, James Stang Jr. and Chris Rascio; his grandchildren, Riley, Mackenzie and RJ Kernan of Middletown; and his nieces and nephews, Lees and Orsini.
