He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Mrykalo and John Mrykalo. He is survived by: his wife Debby Mrykalo; his children, Melissa Chambers of Belford and Sean Mrykalo (Kristie) of Brick; and his siblings, Vincent Mrykalo of Utah, Doreen Mrykalo of Oklahoma, Victoria Grone of Whiting and JoAnne McGee of Tuckerton.
