He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Koch. He is survived by: his children, Patricia, Gary Barbosa of Florida, Michael and Delores Koch of Middletown; his brother Willy Koch; his grandchildren, Dominique Barbosa, David Koch and Derek Barbosa; and his great grandchildren, Autumn Koch and Evan Koch.
