He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fincher (Blankenship); his daughters, Kimberly (Kenneth Smith) of Middletown and Starla (late Larry Kosiorowski) of Delaware; his sister Mary Peat of Florida; his grandchildren, Ashley, Jessicya (Dan), James, Zachary (Tabitha), Courtney, Dylan and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Harleigh, McKenna, Bentley, Kayson and Landon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
