He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Vernon and Helen Irene Salmon. He is survived by: his siblings, Walter Salmon of Belford, Lois Toole, David Toole of Ohio, Verna Dugan and William Dugan; and his nieces and nephews, David Salmon, Brad Toole, Jeff Toole, William Dugan IV, Deana Salmon Citro and Irene Dugan.
