He was predeceased by: his parents, Leocadio Rodriguez and Eduvijes Rodriguez (Colon); his wife Petra Rodriguez (Caraballo); and his siblings, Hilda Diaz and Michael Rodriguez.

He is survived by: his children, Dennis Rodriguez of Trier Germany and Michelle (Christopher McKay); his grandchildren, Christopher Mckay, Sierra McKay and Shayla McKay; his great grandchild Aiden McKay; and his child God Church.
