He was predeceased by: his parents, William Doorly and Marion Doorly; and his brother William Doorly. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Salmon Doorly; his daughter Karen Speranza (Billy); his grandchildren, Allison, John and Emily Lavertu (Kevin); his son Bruce W. Doorly (Margaret); his granddaughter Megan Ruperto (Tyler); his daughter Carolyn Torowus (Steve); his grandchildren, Katherine, Stephen (Erin), Claire and Michael; his sister Leona Quigley (Michael); and his sister-in-law Elba Doorly.
