We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2018, at the age of 83, Barbara J. Kelly (Belford, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Joan Matt; and her husband Edward Kelly. She is survived by: her parent Robert Matt; her children, Tammy Kelly, Tara Kelly Graham, Scott Kelly and Sean Kelly (Joe Meyer); and her siblings, Patricia Dalloroso, Anita Caole, Tommy Matt and James Matt. She is also survived by two granddaughters and one grandson along with many extended family members and friends.
