He was predeceased by: his parents, June Swearingen and Martin Halpin; and his adoptive parent H. Wayne Swearingen. He is survived by: his wife Betty Swearingen; his children, Lisa Panco (Ron), Kristin Camilo (Charles), Meredith Milligan (Leon), Pop Pop of Kayla, Jada, Kara and Chad; and his siblings, Judy Reid (Ben), Pat Halpin, Donna Troutt (Stephen), Nancy Knight (Eddie), Carol Oliver (Kenny) and Harold Swearingen (Ariane). He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, cousins and countless good friends.
