She is survived by: her parents, Frederick Wussow and Patricia Wussow; her husband Jeffrey Kearney; her son Raymond; her sister Amanda Hannaford; her brother-in-law Patrick Hannaford; her sister Mary Wussow; her brother-in-law Joseph Navarra; her nephews, Ryan Hannaford, Max and Sam Navarra; and her niece Fiona Hannaford.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, a hospital Stephanie felt passionately about.
