It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Getchius of Beachwood, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on June 7, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony and Harriet; his son Roy, Jr.; and his sisters, Nancy and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Chris; his children, Dawn, Kevin, Bryan, Sarah and Marc; his siblings, Bobby and Debbie; and his siblings-in-law, Joe, Ken and Dawn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, his god children and many lifelong friends.
