He was predeceased by: his parents, Louella Michaels and Joseph Donato; and his grandparents, Viola and Carmine Mazza. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Donato (Tristan Fernandez); his granddaughter Gianna; his close friend Kerry Furey; his daughter Megan Furey; his daughter-in-law Nicole Kelly; his siblings, Stacey Portillo, Alecia Michaels and John Michaels; his nephews, Daniel, Nick, Govanni Portillo and Kristopher Michaels; and his uncle Frank Mazza.
