He is survived by: his sister Judy Wise (Jim); his daughters, Megan Cordy (Scott) of Beachwood, NJ, Janeen Damer (Anthony) of Boise, ID and Kendra Polefka (Michael) of Abington, MA; his niece Jennifer Nelson (Rick); his great-nephews, Brad and Jeremy of Chino Valley, AZ; his grandchildren, Joey, Paulie, Marissa, Colwynn and Kaylie; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Luna Rose and Ty.
