He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Izbicki and Sara Izbicki (Sprager); and his sister Elaine Miller. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Izbicki (Charland); his children, Sarah Marie Izbicki and Jason Edward Izbicki; his grandson Henry Boyce; and his siblings, Anne Witschard (Rolando), Marsha Kramer (Neal), Margaret Hollabaugh (Richard) and Michael Izbicki (Lisa).
