He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hawkins and Lillian Hawkins; his daughter Susan Hawkins Noonan; his sister Nancy Ferguson; and his granddaughter Ashley Noonan.
He is survived by: his children, Leigh, Kimberly (Michael) and Scott (Ana); his son-in-law William; his grandchildren, Christopher, Jason (Stephanie), Alyssa, Danielle and Bryan; and his great grandchild Cole.
