We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Mary Jean Verpent of Bayville, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Vera Degnan. She is survived by: her husband Mark Verpent of Bayville, NJ; her children, Jillian Flanagan (Jake) of Keyport, NJ, Mark Verpent, Jr. of Waretown, NJ and Megan Verpent (Riane Ko) of Ocean Gate, NJ; her siblings, Joseph "Jody" Degnan of Jersey City, NJ, Eileen Kerwick of Howell, NJ and Peggy Nolan of Brick, NJ; and her grandchildren, Riley and Jake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
