He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Provdo and Esther Provdo; and his wife Libby Provdo. He is survived by: his son Dr. Glenn Provdo (Mary); his grandchildren, Joseph Provdo and Diana Gorbe; his great grandchild Joshua; and his siblings, Shirley Pauker and Samuel Provder.
