She is survived by: her children, Brian Koscielicki (Christina Williams) of Bayville, Steven Koscielicki of Trenton, Kim Koscielicki (Sandy Faulkner) of Ewing and Juliana Colon (Eric) of Beachwood; her daughter-in-law Trina Cossin; her brother Richard Slivocka (Denise) of Oak Pointe, Texas; her grandchildren, Anna Koscielicki, Adam Koscielicki, Emma Colon and Ava Colon; and her nephews, Kris Slivocka (Ashley) of Oak Point, Texas and Jay Slivocka of Frisco. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
