He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann "Patsy"; his parents, Margaret Tobey and Anthony Tobey; and his siblings, Anthony, James, John and Delores.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph, Ann Marie and Margaret; his children, William, Mary Ann, Judith Ann, Kenneth and Patrick; and his significant other Arlene Dooley. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
