He is survived by: his children, Tasha Perez, Alisha Perez Diaz, Christine Perez, Wilfredo Perez Jr., Joseph Perez and Christopher Perez; his stepdaughters, Clarice Saez Harley and Desiree Burns; his grandchildren, Bryson Jefferson, Siearra Battle, Landen Perez, Alina Perez, Sarize Perez, Eli Perez, Kylie Perez, Noah Perez, Cayden Perez, Zenaicee Perez, Kalicee Perez, Tyron Sanchez, Jakolbee Diaz, Damaris Marti and Michael Harley; and his great grandchildren, Josiah Sanchez, Messiah Sanchez and Khaliea Diaz.
Due to the current rise in Covid cases, visitation will be limited to 25 people at a time.
