He was predeceased by: his father Warren V. Francis. He is survived by: his mother Marie Francis (Whittaker); his children, Nicholas Hauert, Sarah, Walter R. Francis Jr. and Meghan Francis; his siblings, Paul Francis (Diane), Raymond Francis (Cindy), Vincent Francis (Kim), Warren E. Francis (Donna), Susan Steidtmann (Bob), Eileen Valase (Fred), Ronald Coleman (Karen) and Gina Van Dyke (Mike); and his close friend April Saunders. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
