He is survived by: his son Christopher McMahon; his stepson Darren Burke; his grandchildren, Zavia, Zoe McMahon and Sebastian Salvatore DiTaranto; his stepgrandchildren, John, Darren and Nino Burke; and his siblings, Nancy Bonicioli (William), Margaret Cirrito (John) and James McMahon (Linda).
The family requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Thomas' memory in lieu of flowers.
