She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Czachur Sr.; her parents, Joseph Sinnicki and Stella Sinnicki (Miskewicz); and her brothers, Joseph Jr., Edward and John Sinnicki.
She is survived by: her children, Karen, Judy and Theodore "Ted" Czachur Jr.; her grandson Alexander (Samantha); and her sister Claire Sinnicki.
