She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Czapla and Mary Czapla; and her sister Francis. She is survived by: her husband Stanley; her children, Edward Kubis (Joanne), Stephen Kubis (Karen), Richard Kubis and Susan Roake (Brian); her siblings, Elizabeth Walski (John) and Teddy Czapla; and her grandchildren, Lauren Kubis, Edward Kubis (Kathleen), Dylan Roake, Joseph Kubis, Andrew Kubis, Shaye Roake, Kyle Kubis and Julia Kubis.
