She was predeceased by: her husband Karol Paul Jakubowski; her parents, Teodor Rakowski and Jadwiga Rakowski (Cieminska); and her siblings, Harriet, Mary, Laura, Wanda, Bertha, Jean, Mildred, Theodore, Joseph, Stanley, Charles and Lawrence.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Jakubowski. She is also survived by her family and friends.
