He was predeceased by: his parent Frances Fabyanski Sullivan; his grandparents, Edward and Virginia Mulhern Fabyanski; and his aunt Rose Fabyanski of Virginia. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Cornick Sullivan; his children, Kayla and Ryan; the parent of his children Lynn Cornick Sullivan; his brother Edward (Ana Fernandes Sullivan); his nieces and nephews, Macie Sullivan and Megan Sullivan Rau (Michael Rau); and his aunt Mary Fabyanski.
