He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Kelly (Michael), Raymond Manley, Jr. and Pete Manley (Jade); his grandchildren, Megan, Tracy Kelly, Amanda Klick, Breanna Vaccaro, Matthew, Emma and Sara Manley; his sister-in-law Gertrude Manley; and his niece Cyndy Manley.
