She was predeceased by: her parents, Eileen Cusack and Joseph Cusack; and her brothers, William and Timothy Cusack. She is survived by: her husband John Kopil; her daughter Desiree Gannon (Jason); her grandson Colin Gannon; and her cousins, Kathleen Walsh-Smorto, Ann Hayes and Marguerite Moore.
