She was predeceased by: her husband Michael W. Matlosz (Wheaties); her parents, Jozefa Rapczynski and Wladislaw Rapczynski; and her siblings, Helen Maksimowitz, Victoria Kreiss, Stanley, Zygmund, Edward, Stephen, Vincent and John.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Marcy) of Summerland Key, FL, Thomas (Cindy) of Jupiter Farms, FL, Maureen Coupland (Joseph) of Danville, CA and Deborah Kocher (Brian) of Ft. Myers, FL.; her grandchildren, Laurea Faller, Christopher Matlosz, Michael R. Matlosz, Melissa, Brandon Kocher, Joseph, Merryn and Caelyn Coupland; and her great grandchildren, Violet Matlosz, Marek, Hayes Faller, Michael Joseph and Molly Ann Matlosz.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Nellie may be made to St. Peter Church, Big Pine Key, Florida 33042.
