She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Silvay and Catherine Silvay (Rosenstengle). She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her daughters, Laura Quintela (Nick), Patricia York, Kathleen Grzyb, Theresa Gonzalez and Margaret Murphy (Thomas); her grandchildren, Jane Pilanski-Forker (James), Steven Pilanski, Ava Gonzalez, Andrew York, Virginia York, Elizabeth Quintela, Dominick Quintela, Julianna Giornalista, William Murphy and Charles Murphy; and her sister Barbara Silvay.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Diabetes Foundation in memory of Nancy.
