He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Sebik (Richard Bielinski), John Sebik (Rosalia), Jason Anthony Sebik (Joy), Justin Jacob Sebik and Mark Sebik (Janine); his grandchildren, Samuel Milan, Natania Lily, Angelique Faith, Milana, Maximus, Tessa Krystyna, Vivienne Drew, Zena Krystyna, Bella and Brenden; and his siblings, Jan, Elena and Eva.
