She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony and Sophie; her husband Joseph Levine; and her siblings, John Dziekan, Josephine Wagner, Anna Pagnotta, Helen, Stanley and Ignatius Niemczyk.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Levine (Terry DiPalo), Barbara Levine, Mary Ellen Forker (Charles), Susan Percella (Edward Riche) and Judith Levine (Joseph Esposito); her grandchildren, Christopher Levine (Kristen), Vincent (Coleen Fabula), Erica Percella, James (Jane), Diane and Charles Forker; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Xandra and Arabella Levine. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks are requested.
