He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy; and his grandson Jeffrey. He is survived by: his children, Louis Ortiz (Gloria) and Diana Callahan (Gregory); his grandchildren, Kristen (Josue), Lauren (Anthony), Melanie, Sierra and Evan; and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Juliana, Alysandra and Anthony.
