He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Alvarez Jr. and Crystal Bilyk; his son-in-law Nick Bilyk; his granddaughter Jada Bilyk; his father William Alvarez Sr.; his siblings, Denise Lew (Bobby), Ronny and Mike Alvarez (Bonnie); his girlfriend Iris Kmetz; and his pet Snuggles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
