She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, John Kochanek and Victoria Kochanek; and her siblings, Helen Kochanek, Sophie Budzinski, Stephanie Kazmierski, Walter, Anthony, Frank, Stanley and Edward Kochanek.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Woolley (Dara) and Thomas Woolley; and her grandsons, Christopher Woolley, Kyle Woolley and Ryan Woolley (Marissa).
