He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Scalone and Mary Scalone. He is survived by: his children, Morgan Lee, Joseph, Anthony and Rachel; his grandchildren, Sophia, Giuseppe, Luca and Vincenzo; his siblings, Lawrence Scalone and Francine Hirchak; his nephews, Lawrence Jr., Matthew and Christopher; and his niece Michelle.
