He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Glazewski and Zofia Glazewski (Gadomska). He is survived by: his significant other Lillian; his sons, John (Kathleen), Chester (Sheila) and Joseph (Marzena); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Daniel, Kristopher and Caitlin. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

The family requests that those who wish to express sympathy consider donating to their favorite charity in memory of Jurek.
