He was predeceased by: his parents, Jakub Markiewicz and Katarzyna Markiewicz. He is survived by: his wife Zofia Markiewicz; his children, Marzena Calderon, Zbigniew Markiewicz (Anna) and Robert Markiewicz (Marlena); and his grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, Przemyslaw, Magdalena and Jakub. He is also survived by his family and friends.
